New G Auto Parts specialises in used, pre-owned and specially ordered new parts for premium European and Japanese vehicles. All used and pre-owned parts are individually inspected before listing. Product descriptions, photographs and condition notes are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge.
It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that a part is compatible with their specific vehicle before placing an order. If you are unsure whether a part fits your vehicle, please contact us via WhatsApp before purchasing and our team will assist you.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. For certain high-value or exotic marque parts where no price is displayed, pricing is available upon request via WhatsApp.
Delivery charges are not included in the listed product price and will be confirmed separately before order processing.
4. Orders
All orders are subject to stock confirmation and availability. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase — your order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
