Singapore Deliveries
We offer same-day delivery within Singapore for orders placed before 3PM, subject to part availability and order confirmation. Orders placed after 3PM will be dispatched the following business day. Delivery charges are calculated on a case by case basis depending on item size, weight and delivery location. Our team will confirm the delivery charge with you directly via WhatsApp before the order is processed.
For bulky or heavy parts such as engines, gearboxes, bumpers and body panels, delivery fees are calculated individually. Our team will confirm the delivery charge with you directly before the order is confirmed.
International Deliveries
We ship smaller parts and maintenance products to surrounding countries across Southeast Asia. Delivery charges vary depending on destination, item size, weight and mode of transport — whether by air or sea. Please WhatsApp us before placing an international order so we can confirm the best shipping option, timeframe and cost for your location.
For larger or heavy items shipping internationally, we recommend arranging your own freight forwarder. We are happy to prepare the item for collection at our Singapore premises.
Order Processing
All orders are subject to stock confirmation. For used and pre-owned parts, each item is individually inspected before dispatch. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately via WhatsApp or email to arrange a refund or alternative.
Click & Collect
Customers are welcome to collect parts directly from our premises in Singapore. Please WhatsApp us to confirm availability and arrange a collection time before visiting.
Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided via WhatsApp or email once your order has been dispatched.
