Warranty
All used and pre-owned parts sold by New G Auto Parts come with a one month warranty covering mechanical faults from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the mechanical function of the part only and does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, modification, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Maintenance products are eligible for exchange or refund only if they are found to be defective or damaged prior to installation. Once a maintenance product has been installed it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Faulty Items — Local Orders
If a part develops a mechanical fault within the warranty period, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order details and a description of the fault. We will assess the claim and arrange one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
Exchange for the same part if an equivalent item is available in stock, or a full refund if no suitable replacement is available. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
Faulty Items — International Orders
The same warranty terms apply to international orders. If a part is found to be mechanically faulty within one month of purchase, please contact us via WhatsApp with clear photographic or video evidence of the fault. No physical return is required for international orders — all faulty claims are assessed remotely based on the evidence provided. If the claim is valid we will arrange a refund or replacement shipment at our discretion.
Special Orders — New Parts
Parts ordered specially upon customer confirmation are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item arrives in a faulty or damaged condition. Once a special order is confirmed and payment is received, the order cannot be cancelled. If a specially ordered part arrives faulty, the same warranty terms apply and we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances unless faulty upon arrival: electrical components once installed, consumables once opened or used, and parts that have been modified or altered after purchase.
Condition of Returns
All items returned for exchange or refund must be in the same condition as supplied. Parts that have been incorrectly installed, physically damaged after purchase, or modified in any way will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
Do not return any item without contacting us first. To initiate a return or warranty claim, WhatsApp us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video evidence where applicable. We will respond within one business day to advise on next steps.
